Start recording your activities on STRAVA from the official challenge start date. Please ensure that you authorise Togoparts to connect to your STRAVA account using the link provided in the registration email.
If you use another device or tracking app, upload your activities to STRAVA. All devices must be STRAVA-compatible. The leaderboard will be refreshed periodically throughout the challenge.

Only the following STRAVA activity types are recognised for this challenge:
For outdoor activities, record them as "Ride" / “Gravel Ride” / “Mountain Bike Ride” / “Run” / “Walk” / “Hike” / “Trail Run” / “Swim”.
For indoor activities, enter them manually as "Virtual Ride" / "Virtual Run" / "Swim" on STRAVA.

No. This challenge is open to participants based in Singapore only, as physical rewards are distributed locally.
You will not qualify for the leaderboard. All funds raised will still be donated to the Singapore Environment Council (SEC) and are non-refundable.
Donations can be made via individual or team pages without logging in. All donations are processed directly through secure payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). Togoparts does not hold or manage donation funds.
Yes. Donations of $10 and above qualify for 250% tax deduction, in accordance with Singapore regulations.
Yes. All monetary amounts are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Donations made via a team page are evenly distributed among all team members at the time the donation is received. If new members join the team later, subsequent donations will be divided among the updated number of members. Individual donations remain credited to the individual participant.
A team must have at least two members to qualify for team achievements. There is no maximum limit on team size.
Once you have joined a team, you cannot switch teams or leave unless you are removed by the team leader.
You become a team leader when you create a new team.
Team leaders may update the team’s profile picture and message, and manage members, including removing members before the event begins.

Yes. To ensure indoor activities are recognised on the leaderboard, participants must manually upload them to STRAVA as Virtual Ride, Virtual Run, or Swim. Yes. You may log multiple activities during the challenge period.
Yes, provided all activities are synced to STRAVA. Activities not recorded or uploaded to STRAVA will not be recognised.
Common reasons include:
- STRAVA account not connected
- STRAVA privacy settings not set to “Everyone”
- Activities recorded before STRAVA was connected
- Incorrect activity type selected
- Late uploads or syncing delays
- Overlapping or flagged activities
- Activities recorded in violation of traffic regulations
The leaderboard updates periodically. Please allow up to 4 hours for activities to sync. For assistance, email moveforearth@togoparts.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

No. Activity data recorded by STRAVA cannot be edited. Please ensure a strong GPS signal throughout your activity.
Yes. Your STRAVA profile and activities must remain public throughout the challenge and verification period. Please do not delete any recorded activities.
As long as your STRAVA account is connected before the event ends and the activities were recorded within the official challenge period. Activities will not sync if STRAVA is connected after the challenge has concluded.
No. All activities are subject to verification after the challenge ends. Togoparts reserves the right to remove or reinstate activities as necessary.
This is an honour-based challenge. Activities found to be dishonest, unsafe, or in breach of the challenge rules may be removed or disqualified at the organiser’s discretion.
No. Activities recorded on expressways or road tunnels will not be recognised.
